Lovely Bed, Beautifully Made, Wonderful Style. Happy to have bought Australian.
We love the bed, it's gorgeous and comfortable, the fabric and padding is excellent quality and beautifully finished, the end product is simply fantastic.
A few very minor comments on the process. There is a reasonable lead time on the beds, ours was 7 weeks. Quality control caught an issue before it was delivered, so it was delayed further, but only by a week. So advising people to order well in advance would be helpful.
There were a few parts that could have benefited from better labelling, such as the side supports on the frame. They fitted better one way, than the other, but weren't labelled at all, so it would have been helpful to have Left or Right on those parts.
Some of the holes were pre-drilled, some were not, not a problem in my case, but some people without drills or confidence might not feel confident drilling into their expensive new bed! Also, the feet were not that smoothly finished, so positioning the finished heavy bed on the rug was difficult as the bed kept binding on the rug
It would be helpful to have a bed base width and dimensions, we luckily guessed the size, but for people ordering weeks/ months in advance, it would be helpful to have more information.
All in all a good experience and I would definitely buy another bed from these guys, good value, good service and a good product. My small qualms are only intended as constructive advice.
